With just weeks to go until Election Day, Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani, independent candidate Andrew Cuomo, and Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa are set to meet for the first mayoral debate of the general election at 7 p.m. tonight at WNBC’s studios in 30 Rockefeller Center.
The face-off comes after weeks of steady polling favoring Mamdani as the front-runner as Cuomo and Sliwa continue to make their case to the voters that they’re the candidate best suited to defeat the assemblymember.
