Police Officer and Security Manager Arrested for Selling High-Powered Firearms
A police officer and a security agency manager were caught selling high-powered firearms in Davao City during an entrapment operation.
The operation, carried out by the Regional Intelligence Division 11 along Roxas Avenue, resulted in the arrest of the suspects after they negotiated the sale of illegal firearms to undercover operatives.
“We remain firm in our campaign against illegal firearms. No one is exempted, even members of the police organization,”
stressed PRO 11 Director PBGen Joseph Arguelles, highlighting the ongoing efforts to crack down on the proliferation of unlicensed weapons in the region.
