Councillors Criticize Application for 300 New Homes
Gleeson Land, a company that promotes land to developers, presented its plans for a site in Sandy Lane to Romsey Town Council's planning committee.
Nick Keeley, planning manager for Gleeson Land, outlined the proposal to build up to 300 homes, including 40% affordable housing, designed to suit people at all stages of life.

The proposal also aims to deliver at least 10% biodiversity net gain through tree planting, meadows, and ecological enhancements.
