Plane Crash Northwest of Fort Worth
A plane crash occurred near Hicks Airfield in Tarrant County, just off Business 287, around 1:30 p.m.
The Fort Worth Fire Department confirmed the crash and reported that two victims were found deceased at the scene.
- The crash caused multiple semi-trucks to catch fire.
- At least ten tractor trailers were damaged by the crash and resulting fires.
- Grass fires were also sparked, but all were contained.
The plane involved was a King Air Twin Engine Aircraft that had departed from Alliance Airport.
