From Chemo to Checkered Flag: Young Connor's Inspiring Story

Connor Moulton, an 8-year-old boy, has emerged as a winner despite the outcome of the Bathurst 1000.

The fear that comes with childhood cancer is unlike anything else.

After a two-year battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Connor is now cancer-free. He faced numerous challenges, including losing his ability to walk twice during treatment.

V8 SuperUtes driver Jimmy Vernon, an ambassador for the Kids with Cancer Foundation, supported Connor during his toughest days in hospital. To celebrate Connor's recovery, Vernon displayed the news at the Bathurst 1000.
