On election day, Edmontonians head to the polls to elect their next mayor and council.
To participate, you must be 18 years old or older, a Canadian citizen, and live in Edmonton on election day. You can find your polling station by inputting your address into the election guide tool.
Voters are required to show identification, such as an Alberta driver's licence or another authorized form of ID, at the voting station. Those who missed the online registration deadline can still register or update their information at their assigned voting station.
Voting stations are open from 9am to 8pm. For undecided voters, the Taproot survey can help determine which candidates you align with.
