Laurence Fishburne Interested in Leading X-Men in MCU Reboot
Laurence Fishburne expressed his desire to play Professor X in the upcoming MCU reboot of the X-Men franchise.
Speaking at a panel celebrating The Matrix at New York Comic Con, Fishburne stated,
I know that they’re talking about the X-Men now. So, at this point, I want one of two things.
Fishburne is already part of the MCU, playing the role of Dr. Bill Foster, aka Giant Man, in the film Ant-Man and The Wasp. However, he has no interest in joining the Star Wars movie franchise, saying
No, I’m good.
