After nearly a decade, Yellowcard has released a new album, "Better Days", their first full-length effort since reuniting in 2022.
The response to the album has been overwhelmingly positive... It feels like there's just such a positive charge around this thing.
According to frontman Ryan Key, the band's positivity is reflected in the album, which looks back on the time it took to deliver another record.
Key recalls the moment the band decided to take a break, saying:
We've come a long way from where we were when we decided in a hotel room in whatever old city we were in in 2015 when we said it's time to hang this up, we need to make a plan.
