BYD Recall Affects Over 115,000 Vehicles
BYD has announced a recall of more than 115,000 vehicles due to component design issues, following a probe by China's State Administration for Market Regulation.
- 44,535 Tang-series vehicles (produced between March 2015 and July 2017) are being recalled due to design flaws in specific components.
- 71,248 Yuan Pro electric cars (built from February 2021 to August 2022) are being recalled over manufacturing issues linked to battery installation.
