DP World Expands Clubhouse Initiative to India
DP World, the main sponsor of golf's DP World Tour, has launched its Clubhouse initiative in India to increase accessibility to the game.
Each Clubhouse is built using repurposed shipping containers, providing golf equipment, sheltered training areas, and a safe space for young talent.
- India is the second country to benefit from the programme, after Cape Town, South Africa.
- The launch coincided with the US$4 million DP World India Championship at Delhi Golf Club.
The initiative aims to make golf more accessible to underserved youth around the world.
