TJC Sweeps Wharton County Junior College
Former White Oak Ladyneck Calee Carter had a game-high 12 kills in TJC's straight sweep of Wharton County Junior College on Tuesday.
Carter, a sophomore, is averaging three kills per set this season. In the game, she had 12 kills in 36 total attacks, eight digs, and one block.
Other notable performances included Lauren Pyle (Hallsville) with three kills in five total attacks, 30 assists, three service aces, 13 digs, and two blocks.
TJC, now 13-11 (6-4), will host Coastal Bend College on Thursday.
