Afternoon highs are running six to eight degrees above average through the midweek for NWFL.
Today's forecast includes abundant sunshine with a light northerly wind and lower humidity, making the afternoon warmth somewhat tolerable. Highs will reach the mid to upper 80s, above the normal highs for Mid-October, which are near 80°.
Tonight, a few clouds may appear, but not enough to block the sunset or stars. Temperatures will cool off pleasantly through the 70s during the evening, with overnight lows returning to the mid 50s inland to upper 50s near 60° on the coast.
Tomorrow will be another sunny day with similar conditions to Tuesday, aside from a slight shift in winds to the northeast at 5-10mph.
