According to the Minnesota State Patrol, blood test results show that alcohol was not a factor in a fatal crash involving a Wood Lake firetruck.
Troy Christianson, State Patrol public information officer for southern Minnesota, stated that the online incident page was updated with this information after receiving the blood test results.
The update was made on Friday, Christianson said, as part of an ongoing investigation into the rollover crash that occurred on September.
