A 20-year-old man, Jonterich Smith, has been arrested in connection with the deadly ambush shooting of 15-year-old KaRyah Duncan outside a Cocoa restaurant.
Smith is charged with first-degree premeditated murder and two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, and is being held without bond at the Brevard County Jail.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest, and a second suspect is still being sought.
The ambush shooting occurred on Oct. 6 outside Anchors Seafood & Chicken on Clearlake Road in Cocoa.
