Lincoln Fire Marshal Surrenders State License Amid Child Porn Charges
The Fire Marshal of Lincoln, Rhode Island, Jeffrey Almond, 41, has surrendered his health license after being charged with receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material and sending obscene material to minors.

- Indicted on two counts of attempted transfer of obscene material to a minor
According to the U.S. Attorney's office in Boston, Almond allegedly engaged in sexually explicit chats with purported minors.
The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) announced that Almond has surrendered his health license in a consent decree.
