The summit of Mount Washington in New Hampshire recorded a 103.6 mph wind gust on Tuesday morning, caught live on camera.

Time-lapse footage shows near whiteout conditions leading up to the wind gust. Mount Washington is known for its extreme weather, earning the title of "World's worst weather."

A wind gust of this strength is comparable to a Category 2 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson Wind Scale.

Just another day of the "world's worst weather" on Mount Washington.
