Samsung and Nvidia Partner to Build Next-Gen AI Chip Factory
Samsung Electronics announced on Friday its plan to create a next-generation artificial intelligence megafactory in partnership with US chip giant Nvidia.
The goal is to embed AI across Samsung's entire global semiconductor production line, integrating AI into every phase of the manufacturing flow, from design and processing to equipment control and quality assurance.
The Samsung AI Factory goes beyond traditional automation, it connects and interprets immense data generated across chip design, production and equipment operations.
The new platform will run on more than 50,000 Nvidia GPUs, marking a significant collaboration between the two tech giants.
