Bitches in Stitches: Northern Quarter's New All-Female Comedy Shows
Natalia Schwartz runs a monthly all-female comedy night, 'Bitches in Stitches', at The Fitzgerald in the Northern Quarter. Since its founding in July 2024, each show has been sold out.
The show features nine acts, including Natalia as the host, with each act having a run time of around seven minutes. Many acts travel from various locations to perform.
“It’s a brilliant show for the acts and it’s a brilliant show for the audience,”
Natalia said in an interview with Mancunian Matters. The audience includes regulars and newcomers, and the show provides a unique opportunity for new comedians to gain experience performing in front of a live audience and build their portfolio with a recording of their set.
