Long-time County Administrator Honored
Jim Bleckley, a dedicated community servant, was honored for his selfless contributions to Rabun County, GA.
Bleckley served as the county administrator for over 24 years, putting his community first in his own humble way.
On October 24, the Rabun County Welcome Center was dedicated in his honor, with a plaque and a cake commemorating the occasion.
