Mass Shooting at Lincoln University: Eyewitness Accounts
As the investigation into the mass shooting at Lincoln University continues, eyewitnesses recalled the terrifying moments when shots rang out.
"It was a pretty tragic night," said Kennith Brown, describing the scene.
"I saw a man on the floor with blood coming out of his mouth and ears,"
Brown said. The shooting occurred during the university's homecoming celebration, resulting in one death and at least six injuries.
The university announced it will conduct its own review alongside the ongoing law enforcement investigation.
"We will conduct an after-action review. Our goal is to refine our policies, procedures, and protocols as needed to enhance the safety of our community,"
a university official stated.
