WPIAL Playoffs: 5 Things to Watch
The WPIAL high school football playoffs are approaching, and Beaver Valley programs are looking to make a deep run. Here are five things to watch in the first round.
The regular season is over, and the postseason is underway, with eight area teams competing. Aliquippa qualified for the WPIAL Class 4A playoffs as a wild card team after finishing third in the Parkway conference.
Aliquippa will be searching for an upset victory against a higher-ranked team. This season has been unusual for Aliquippa, with starting quarterback Marques Council suffering a season-ending injury and QaLil Goode taking over.
