Lord Mayor Marks Milestone At New Community in Exeter
The official opening of a show home marks the latest milestone for a new neighbourhood and country park in Exeter.
Edenstone Homes is making good progress at Willow Grange, where it’s working with LiveWest to deliver 93 new homes under a joint venture.
- 61 private sale properties
- 32 affordable homes
More than 22 acres of land will become part of the New Valley Country Park.
The new neighbourhood will also bring more than £1.5million of investment into the wider area, with funding allocated for:
- healthcare
- schools and youth facilities
- walking and cycling routes
- bus routes
The Exeter F1 service will be extended to run through Willow Grange, offering sustainable transport options for residents.
Edenstone invited Lord Mayor of Exeter Councillor Anne Jobson to cut the ribbon to officially open the sales centre and show home at the development.
