According to research by the Purpose in Action Observatory, conducted with Doxa, 68% of Italian managers are aware of their company's Purpose, but only 13% translate it into structural action.
The results were presented at the third edition of Purpose Day, which gathered over 2,000 participants and international speakers. The event, organized by POLIMI Graduate School of Management, aims to promote change and understanding of Purpose as a guiding compass for organizational choices and behaviors.

Purpose Day 2025 was attended by over 2,000 people, both in person and online, making it the leading event in Italy dedicated to Purpose.
