Air Liquide Creates New 'Group Industrial Direction'
Air Liquide, an industrial gas major, has established a single worldwide 'Group Industrial Direction' to enhance customer service and accelerate the adoption of digital and generative AI (GenAI) across its operations.
Before, we had five industrial divisions with quite a bit of overlap – but [also] some silos. We have brought all of that together.
According to CEO François Jackow, this transformation, although "a little bit" costly, is expected to yield significant efficiency gains.
