Cygnet Energy Ltd., a private exploration and production company, has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares for C$24.75 per share in cash.
The Acquisition consideration is approximately C$1.4 billion, including equity and net debt to be assumed, creating a combined company with greater scale and operational synergies.
