Gavin Newsom Considers 2028 Presidential Run
Gavin Newsom, California Governor, revealed in an interview that he is considering a bid for the White House in 2028.
When asked by Robert Costa of CBS News about a potential presidential run after the 2026 midterm elections, Newsom responded:
Yeah, I’d be lying otherwise. And I’m not — I can’t do that.
Newsom's comments come as he is rumored to be a top candidate for the Democrats in the 2028 presidential election.
