Battlefield 6 REDSEC Battle Royale Launch
Battlefield 6 REDSEC, a standalone free-to-play battle royale game mode, is set to release on October 28.
EA made the announcement on October 27, a day before the official release, which coincides with the start of Battlefield 6 Rogue Ops season 1.

The game mode features 100 players divided into 25 four-player squads, with each player locking in a class at the beginning of the match.
- Unique ring mechanic that instantly kills enemies upon contact
- No jumping in or out of the ring
A launch gameplay trailer is also scheduled to debut at the same time as the game mode.
