A new "docufiction" film, Lakambini Gregoria de Jesus, will tell the untold story of the Mother of the Philippine Revolution after 12 years in the making.
Gregoria de Jesus, known as the Lakambini ng Katipunan, or muse of the Katipunan, will be the focus of her own narrative, following a series of biopics on male heroes like Andres Bonifacio, Emilio Aguinaldo, Gregorio del Pilar, and Antonio Luna.
The film is a biography of the Mother of the Philippine Revolution.
