A new report by FMinus reveals a conflict of interest in Canada's climate action, as lobbyists represent both major polluters and environmental groups.
Major Canadian environmental organizations and civil society groups are using lobbyists who also represent big polluters, according to the report, which was prepared in conjunction with Environmental Defence and re•generation.
