Second Cherry Creek Gateway Corner Sells for $3M
Doug McKinnon, owner of McKinnon & Associates, has sold another of his Cherry Creek gateway corners.
The property, located at 55-65 S. Colorado Blvd., was sold for $3.2 million to DEG Realestate LLC, an entity formed by Alla Feldman.
The 0.38-acre site was purchased for $191 a square foot, and McKinnon stated that the buyer
“will be utilizing the G-RO-5 zoning we put in place to develop an office building for his firm’s use on the site.”
