Global lifestyle and wellness company QNET has welcomed the convictions in a human trafficking scam that misused its name in Ghana.
The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) took swift action in dismantling the scam, resulting in the conviction of six individuals by the Madina District Court on September 2, 2025.
The operation followed a tip-off and formal report from QNET’s compliance consultant in Kumasi, whose findings led to a GIS raid in August 2025.
Victims were rescued from the premises, marking one of the first successful convictions from a series of complaints filed by the company.
