Gun Store Owner Sentenced for Involuntary Manslaughter
Judge Rode sentenced Jon Whitley, owner of Coastal Firearms, to 25 days in jail for the 2021 involuntary manslaughter of his employee, Steven Mrgan.
Whitley pleaded guilty and will serve his sentence over five years, with five days in jail from November 5 every year, along with community service for an organization supporting military families.
