Saratoga Springs DBA to Host Fall Festival
The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association is bringing back its annual Fall Festival on October 25.
According to DBA President Deann Devitt,
“This year, you can come down and trick or treat, all in your costumes, as well as enjoy live music, and participate in our famous pumpkin roll down Caroline Street,”

The event will take place from noon to 3 p.m. and is expected to have a great turnout.
