Filipino Americans Can Add U.S. Passports to Apple Wallet Soon
U.S. passport holders with Filipino roots will be able to add their passports to Apple Wallet, making domestic travel in the U.S. easier.
Starting later in 2025, Apple Wallet will allow U.S. passport holders to add their passports as digital IDs, although a specific release date has not been announced yet.
This feature will make domestic travel in the United States smoother and faster, as
the digital passport can be used at select TSA checkpoints for identity verification during domestic flights, removing the need to carry a physical passport.
