Driving Instructor Suspended for Assaulting Teenage Student
A 44-year-old driving instructor from Lelystad has been suspended for 2 years and sentenced to community service for assaulting a 17-year-old student.
The instructor allegedly touched the student's thighs, stomach, and breasts, and forced her to listen to inappropriate "sex talk" during lessons in Urk in April and May.
The instructor offered his advances and told her that she would “experience pleasure.”
The student recorded the instructor's advances on radio and reported him to the police. The instructor admitted to having sexual conversations with the student, but denied touching her.
He was ordered to pay the victim 16,000 euros.
