Stephano's Grill Supports Breast Cancer Awareness
Stephano's Greek and Mediterranean Grill is observing Breast Cancer Awareness Month by offering a Pink Plate combo meal every Saturday in October.
The special features a Chicken Kebab Plate with two marinated skewers, hummus, Mediterranean chopped salad, rice, pita bread, and a fountain drink.
10% of proceeds from every Pink Plate sold will be donated to The Remissionaries, a local nonprofit that supports women going through breast cancer treatment.
Maria Kossayan, co-owner of Stephano’s, emphasized the importance of community support, stating that breast cancer touches many lives and this initiative is a way to make a difference through food.
The Remissionaries provides "Comfort Crates" to ease the challenges of chemotherapy.
