People's Artist Ramiz Guliyev Laid to Rest
A farewell ceremony was held at the International Mugham Center for prominent tar player and pedagogue Ramiz Guliyev.
The ceremony took place on October 16, where Guliyev's body was placed on a pedestal on the stage. Wreaths were laid on behalf of President Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and other institutions.
