The Pretty Wild Releases New Single "Afterlife"
The Pretty Wild has released a new single, "Afterlife", featuring Magnolia Park, from their debut album zero.point.genesis, set to arrive on November 21 via Sumerian.
Afterlife "circles the idea of star-crossed souls bound by something ancient and unbreakable" and is "a pop-metal requiem"
Jules explains that the track is inspired by mythological love, with "obsessive devotion and destruction". Jyl adds that "Afterlife" explores the idea of love dynamics rooted in co-dependent magnetism and resonance patterns, asking what happens when obsession continues beyond death.
