Havas has expressed potential interest in acquiring or partnering with some of Dentsu's international assets.

According to François Laroze, Havas' chief financial officer and chief operating officer, Dentsu is a
very strong and big asset all over the world with a nice network. However, despite this interest, Havas noted that Dentsu is
too bigto be bought outright.
- Havas has historic links to Dentsu through the Bollore Groupe, which used to own a stake in Aegis Group before it was acquired by Dentsu in 2012.
