Norwich City’s Danish colony continues to expand, with Mathias Kvistgaarden joining from Brøndby this summer.
According to Oscar Schwartau, one of Norwich’s young attackers, he played a small part in convincing his former teammate to make the move to England.
"I think I was home that weekend when we saw each other," he said. "He told me Norwich were interested and asked me what I thought about it. Of course, I could only say good things about the club, and luckily it ended with him joining Norwich. You could say I helped a bit by talking the club up."
The 19-year-old forward has featured in seven matches this season and already scored once.
