Investigators expect to release new details about the cause of last week's fatal fire on Twiller Street later this week.

A fire broke out at 23 Twiller St. and spread to neighboring buildings, resulting in the deaths of 52-year-old Erick DeCamp, 47-year-old Eric Peterson, 4-year-old Leroy, 3-year-old Joanie, and 6-year-old Annie.

Albany Fire Chief Joseph Gregory said the investigation is being jointly handled by his department, the New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control and the Albany Police Department.
