Northwest Parkway's operations will now be up to 75% solar powered with the launch of two new solar panel sites, according to the highway's operating company.
The parkway, a toll road operated by VINCI Highways, connects U.S. 36 and Interstate 25 and runs through Broomfield. The new sites are part of the company's effort to use cleaner energy, as stated by spokesperson Katie Farnan.
