Cheryl Hines, wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is on a press tour promoting her memoir, Unscripted.
Last year, when asked about potentially being Donald Trump's running mate, Kennedy said:
"I don't think that my marriage would survive it", to which Hines added:
"I think he's right".
Despite this, Kennedy later endorsed Trump, and their marriage has survived. Hines has been defending her husband, including his qualifications to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
In a recent interview on The View, Hines addressed criticism of her husband's spread of health misinformation.
