CSUPD Introduces Blue Envelope Program
The Colorado State University Police Department (CSUPD) has adopted the Blue Envelope Program to enhance communication between community members and CSU Police, particularly for individuals with disabilities or conditions that affect communication.
The program was initiated in April last year, with the goal of launching it during the current academic year. Its primary objective is to provide a simple yet effective tool for community members to facilitate better interaction with police officers during traffic stops.
The Blue Envelope Program is about understanding and respect, providing community members with a tool to help our officers better serve them.
