Motorcyclist Dies in Wahiawa Crash
A man died early Sunday morning after crashing his speeding motorcycle on Kamehameha Highway in Wahiawa, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. when the man, traveling north on the highway at a high rate of speed, attempted to overtake a vehicle by crossing into the southbound lane. He lost control while trying to return to the northbound lane and struck a concrete curb north of Kilani Avenue.
- The motorcyclist was ejected onto the road and pronounced dead at the scene.
