House of Menander Temporarily Closed
The House of Menander (Casa del Menandro) is currently closed to visitors due to ongoing maintenance work. This closure will remain in effect until further notice.
Alternative Visits Starting November 5, 2025
From November 5, 2025, visitors can explore other Pompeii sites as alternatives:
- The House of the Lovers
- The Fullery of Stephanus (Fullonica di Stephanus)
Special Thursday Opening
On Thursdays, the House of the Triclinium outdoors will be accessible as the "House of the Day" ("Casa del Giorno"), taking the place of the Fullonica on these days.
