Nationwide has announced rate reductions of up to 0.25 percentage points on two, three, five, and 10-year fixed-rate mortgage products. These new rates will be effective from Wednesday, 5 November.
The 3.64% rate applies to a two-year fixed-rate mortgage with 60% Loan-to-Value (LTV) and a £1,499 fee for customers moving home.
