Amazon Creates Jobs for Holiday Season
Amazon is creating 250,000 jobs in the US this holiday season, including in rural areas across the country.
According to Sandy Gordon, Vice President, Global Operations Employee Experience, regular full- and part-time employees earn an average of $23 per hour with benefits, and seasonal employees can earn over $19 per hour on average.
Average total compensation is now over $30 per hour when you include elected benefits.
Amazon fulfillment centers and delivery stations prepare for big shopping events like Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Days.
