The Kings are known to be severely undersized, and General Manager Scott Perry is reportedly working on addressing this issue. Sacramento currently ranks last in the NBA for rebounds per game (37.5), particularly as they navigate the absence of starter Keegan Murray due to wrist surgery recovery.
Achiuwa, 26, played most recently for the New York Knicks during the 2024-25 season. With five years of NBA experience, he is recognized for his rebounding ability, aligning with the Kings’ roster needs.
