The Canon EOS R6 Mark III debuted in India as the company’s latest full-frame mirrorless camera, built for both photography and professional video use. It introduces significant upgrades in performance and recording options.
The camera can record videos in up to 7K resolution and offers multiple recording formats, including HEIF, C-RAW, and RAW. It also supports RAW recording, Canon Log 2 and Canon Log 3, HLG gamma, and HDR PQ formats for advanced post-production flexibility.

Dual card slots are included for backup and flexible media storage. The device is powered by an LP-E6P battery, ensuring extended shooting sessions.
The camera was introduced alongside the RF 45mm F1.2 STM lens. Variants include the EOS R6 Mark III 24-105 STM zoom lens and the EOS R6 Mark III 24-105 USM version. Pricing details were announced in India during the launch event.
